Accounts

responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and you are responsible
for all activities that occur under your account. RBP will not be liable for any loss or damage arising
from your failure to comply with this requirement.

any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out
of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

Assignment
These Terms, and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by you,
but may be assigned by RBP without restriction.
